Guacamame

Avocado and edamame beans make a wonderful, nutritious combination, ideal for a tasty dip. Best served with chips or fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 1 large avocado, (about ⅔ cup mashed)
  • 1½ cups shelled edamame, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In food processor, combine all ingredients, mixing until smooth.
