Blueberries, flaxseed, whole grains, grapefruit, and milk are all easy to find and can be great for reducing belly fat. One of the main reasons is that most contain a lot of fiber, which can lower your blood glucose level and keep your body sensitive to insulin. So these are especially healthy foods for people with diabetes.
