Most famous as the lead nutritionist for the weight-loss reality TV show “The Biggest Loser,” Cheryl Forberg is also a professional chef, registered dietitian and James Beard award winning recipe developer.

We hear so much new health advice every day and it can be hard to keep up with it all. Cheryl shows us that we can simplify things and really make a difference to our long-term health with just a handful of foods, eaten regularly. Take the focus away from complications or avoiding foods and instead looks at the things we can enjoy, delicious foods that we can fit easily into our meal plans.
