Joy Pape recommends you use Colgate Total, since it contains a special ingredient that helps to combat bacteria. Research shows that this can reduce plaque, as well as help in other ways. Regular visits to the dentist are also important for this, with 2-3 visits per year, or 4 if you suffer from dental disease.
