Tomato Cucumber and Lemon Smoothie with Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™

Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
- ½ medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 ½ cups water
- 4 tsp. Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™
- natural sugar substitute (optional)
Instructions
- Place tomatoes, cucumber, lemon juice, and water in a high speed blender. Process for 20 seconds or until smooth.
- Add the Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™ and sugar substitute. Blend further 5 seconds.
- Serve and enjoy.
