  • 2 shots espresso
  • 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 4 tsp. Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™
  • 1 Tbsp. natural sugar substitute (optional)
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  1. Place espresso, almond milk, Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™, and sugar substitute in a high-speed blender. Pulse three times.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend for 20 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Serve in tall glasses.
  4. Enjoy.
