Spiced Mocha Coffee with Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 4 tsp. Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup, sugar-free
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon, ground
  1. Place 1 shot espresso, 2 tsp. Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™, and 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup onto each individual cup. Stir until combined well. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 cup low-fat milk in a small saucepan for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Pour 1 cup hot milk in a cup and place a frother in the cup pumping up and down until the milk thickens and become frothy.
  4. Pour and divide the heated milk onto each cup with espresso.
  5. Top with froth and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
