Tomato Cucumber and Lemon Smoothie with Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 4 tsp. Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™
  • natural sugar substitute (optional)
  1. Place tomatoes, cucumber, lemon juice, and water in a high speed blender. Process for 20 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Add the Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™ and sugar substitute. Blend further 5 seconds.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
