Chicken Sticks

Ingredients
- 2 pieces chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ cup oil
Instructions
- Rinse chicken with hot water to reduce clinging fat.
- Mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger powder and black pepper powder into a bowl, add chicken to mixture, and let set for 20 minutes.
- Beat egg separately.
- Dip slices of marinated chicken into egg and then coat with bread crumbs.
- Place coated chicken in freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Place a pan over medium heat and add oil.
- Fry all chicken sticks until golden brown. Serve and enjoy alone or with your favorite sauce or chutney.
