Marinated Feta and Mozzarella with Herbs

  • 4 ounces feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • dash of lemon pepper, ground
  1. Mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, and parsley in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add in feta and mozzarella cheese. Season with lemon pepper to taste. Stir to combine well.
  3. Transfer mixture in a glass jar with lid. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to absorb flavors.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
