Hot Chicken Cilantro Soup

Hot Chicken Cilantro Soup

Ingredients
- ~ 1lb. bone-in split chicken breasts with ribs
- ¼ tsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp ginger paste
- 1 Tbsp onion paste
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp diced onion
- ½ Tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp cilantro, sliced
Instructions
- Place a large pot over medium heat.
- Pour about 3 quarts of water in pot and bring to a boi.
- Add chicken bone to pot and cook until about half of water has evaporated.
- Add ginger, onion, garlic, salt, coriander powder and cumin powder to pot, and continue to boil chicken bones until about one quart of water remains in the soup mixture.
- Add sliced green chili and cilantro to soup.
- Serve soup warm and enjoy.
