Ketchup-Baked Fish Fillets

You can serve these fish fillets by themselves, or with beans, vegetables, rice or bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb fish fillets (salmon or similar, boneless)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together, except fish.
  2. Marinate fish fillets with the blended ingredient mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 350ºF.
  4. Spread oil in a baking tray and arrange the marinated fish fillets on the tray.
  5. Bake fish for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the fish is fully baked with a light and crispy outer surface.
  6. Serve fish with beans, vegetables, rice, or bread.
