Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte
Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte
With only 120 calories (with whip!), this luscious pumpkin latte is easy on your waistline – and your wallet!
Made famous by Starbuck’s, this fall favorite seems to get more popular every year. Unfortunately, with 300 calories and the equivalent of 10 grams a sugar- in a small drink-ordering this at the coffee shop can be more of a trick than a treat.
With warm pumpkin spice and creamy pumpkin, this equally tasty drink clocks in with 60 % less calories, and better yet, none of the added sugar. It also boasts 70 % less fat, and instead of $4.00, this drink can be made at home in minutes for just 50 cents!! A single cup also delivers 50% of the daily requirement of Vitamin A, and 25% for calcium.
If you prefer a non-dairy alternative, substitute light vanilla soy milk (such as Silk brand) for the low-fat milk (saves 35 calories and drops the plus points value to 2).
