- 250 g potatoes mashed
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbs olive oil
- Mix mashed potato, flour, salt and black pepper with water to form a smooth and stiff dough.
- Divided into 4 portions. Roll out each portion of dough on a lightly floured board about ½ inch thick and into 4-5 inch round.
- Roast the Potato Parathas one by one on medium hot skillet, using drops of oil and fry both sides until light brown.
- Serve the Potato Paratha hot with ketchup or salad.
