Potato Paratha
Serves: 4
  • 250 g potatoes mashed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  1. Mix mashed potato, flour, salt and black pepper with water to form a smooth and stiff dough.
  2. Divided into 4 portions. Roll out each portion of dough on a lightly floured board about ½ inch thick and into 4-5 inch round.
  3. Roast the Potato Parathas one by one on medium hot skillet, using drops of oil and fry both sides until light brown.
  4. Serve the Potato Paratha hot with ketchup or salad.
