Daal Dosa (Red Lentil Pan Cake)

- ½ cup Red lentil
- ½ cup white rice
- 1 onion slices
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- Soak red lentil and rice in fresh water for at least 2 hours and then blend into mixed paste.
- Beat all ingredients except oil with the mixed paste and ½ cup water to prepare a batter for the pan cake. Put 1 tsp vegetable oil in the fry pan with medium heat in the burner.
- When the oil is hot, put 2 tbs batter each time and spread as much as possible. Follow the same process and make dosas by rest of the dough.
