Ingredients
  • 8 fl.oz. (237 ml) Glucerna Shake, Rich Chocolate flavour
  • 1 cup organic almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. flaxseeds
Instructions
  1. Combine the Glucerna Shake (Rich Chocolate), almond milk, rolled oats, and flaxseeds in a high speed blender.
  2. Process for 20 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour in a chilled serving glass.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
