Choco Almond and Oat Smoothie with Flax

Ingredients
- 8 fl.oz. (237 ml) Glucerna Shake, Rich Chocolate flavour
- 1 cup organic almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 Tbsp. rolled oats
- 1 tsp. flaxseeds
Instructions
- Combine the Glucerna Shake (Rich Chocolate), almond milk, rolled oats, and flaxseeds in a high speed blender.
- Process for 20 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour in a chilled serving glass.
- Serve and enjoy.
