  • 8 fl.oz. (237 ml) Glucerna Shake, Rich Chocolate flavour
  • 6 oz. soy yogurt, organic
  • 1 tsp. flaxseeds
  1. Combine the Glucerna Shake (Rich Chocolate), soy yogurt, and flaxseeds in a high speed blender.
  2. Process for 10 seconds.
  3. Pour in chilled tall glasses.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
