Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
- 4 tsp. Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™
- 1 Tbsp. natural sugar substitute (optional)
- 4-6 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place espresso, almond milk, Kirkland Signature™ OPTIFIBER™, and sugar substitute in a high-speed blender. Pulse three times.
- Add ice cubes and blend for 20 seconds or until smooth.
- Serve in tall glasses.
- Enjoy.
