Turnip-Spinach Fry

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 250 g turnip, skinless and cut into small pieces, boiled
- ½ kg spinach, sliced and boiled
- 100 g tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tbsp ginger, sliced
- 2 tbsp onion, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic, sliced
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and add ginger slices, onion slice and garlic slice. Fry until brown and then add tomato slices.
- After 2 minutes add turnips and fry for 2 minutes. Add spinach, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chili powder, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder. Slightly stir and cook for more 2-3 minute. Tasty turnip-spinach fry is ready to serve.
