Okra boiled with Butter
Serves: 4
  • 500gms. Okra, cut into 2-3 inch size
  • 1 cup water, boiled
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper, powder
  1. Wash okra, boil with salt water for 3-5 minutes.
  2. After boiling, drain out water. Add butter, black pepper with okra and simmer it for 1 minute.
  3. Serve okra with butter while still warm.
