Turnip-Spinach Fry

Turnip-Spinach Fry
Serves: 4
  • 250 g turnip, skinless and cut into small pieces, boiled
  • ½ kg spinach, sliced and boiled
  • 100 g tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tbsp ginger, sliced
  • 2 tbsp onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic, sliced
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and add ginger slices, onion slice and garlic slice. Fry until brown and then add tomato slices.
  2. After 2 minutes add turnips and fry for 2 minutes. Add spinach, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chili powder, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder. Slightly stir and cook for more 2-3 minute. Tasty turnip-spinach fry is ready to serve.
