Bell Pepper Baked Chicken
You probably already have all the ingredients required to make this delicious dish. It is a great main for your dinner tonight.
Bell Pepper Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- 200g skinless chicken breasts, fat removed and split into 4 medium pieces
- 2 tablespoons bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cilantro leaves, finely chopped
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breast with all ingredients and keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
- Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
- Apply oil over a wok and place over medium heat.
- Stir fry bell pepper in wok.
- After 1 to 2 minutes add the marinated chicken breast pieces to the wok.
- Turn over the chicken to fry on both sides with the bell pepper.
- After 2 minutes, shift the chicken pieces to a greased baking tray and bake at 350ºF for 40 to 45 minutes, or until properly baked.
- Serve the bell pepper baked chicken with paratha, Naan, or bread.
