Cabbage and Potato Fry

Cabbage and Potato Fry
Ingredients
- ~ 1 lb. cabbage, thinly sliced
- ~1/2 lb potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp green chilies, chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place a cooking pan over medium heat.
- Add oil to pan as well as onion, green chili, turmeric powder and salt.
- Add cabbage and potato to pan once the oil and spices are hot enough.
- Stir mixture on medium heat and cover with a lid.
- After 5 minutes, stir mixture again.
- Once water evaporates and vegetables start to sweat, the vegetable fry is ready.
- Place vegetable fry on a serving dish and enjoy.
