 Ingredients
 - 8 fl.oz. (237 ml) Glucerna Shake, Rich Chocolate flavour
 - ⅔ cup skim milk
 - 1 medium banana, sliced
 - 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
 
Instructions
 - Combine the Glucerna Shake (Rich Chocolate), skim milk, banana, and peanut butter in a high speed blender.
 - Process for 20 seconds or until smooth.
 - Pour in chilled glasses. Garnish with banana slices, if desired.
 - Serve and enjoy.
