Eggplant with Yogurt

Ingredients
- 500g eggplant, sliced into 1 cm thick pieces
- ½ cup yogurt
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin, grounded
- 1 tsp garlic, paste
- ¼ tsp black pepper, powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp cumin, grounded
Instructions
- Mix turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder and salt with the eggplant. Fry the eggplant slices and keep aside.
- Beat yogurt with grounded cumin, black pepper powder and salt. Spread the yogurt mixture above the fried eggplant.
- Eggplant with yogurt is ready to serve.
