Hot Ginger Gravy Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken, cut into small pieces
- 100 g ginger, sliced
- 100g onion, sliced
- 25 g garlic, sliced
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add onion slices, ginger slice, garlic slice and fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, vinegar and cornflour and keep aside.
- Add chicken and salt into the pan and cook for 10-13 minutes with a cover. Add soy sauce mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.
- The hot ginger gravy chicken is ready to serve.
