Hot Ginger Gravy Chicken
Serves: 4
  • 1 lb chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 100 g ginger, sliced
  • 100g onion, sliced
  • 25 g garlic, sliced
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add onion slices, ginger slice, garlic slice and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix soy sauce, vinegar and cornflour and keep aside.
  3. Add chicken and salt into the pan and cook for 10-13 minutes with a cover. Add soy sauce mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. The hot ginger gravy chicken is ready to serve.
