Ketchup-Baked Fish Fillets
You can serve these fish fillets by themselves, or with beans, vegetables, rice or bread.
Ketchup-Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients
- 1 lb fish fillets (salmon or similar, boneless)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ tablespoon garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, except fish.
- Marinate fish fillets with the blended ingredient mixture for 30 minutes.
- Pre-heat the oven to 350ºF.
- Spread oil in a baking tray and arrange the marinated fish fillets on the tray.
- Bake fish for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the fish is fully baked with a light and crispy outer surface.
- Serve fish with beans, vegetables, rice, or bread.
