Quick Garlicy Mushrooms

- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tsp oil or butter
- ½ tsp garlic paste
- 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- ¼ - ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground white pepper
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- Heat oil in a pan over medium and sauté garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add parsley, salt and pepper along with the mushrooms.
- Stir for 3-5 minutes. Serve on a plate with garlic bread.
