  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tsp oil or butter
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • ¼ - ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground white pepper
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium and sauté garlic for 2 minutes.
  2. Add parsley, salt and pepper along with the mushrooms.
  3. Stir for 3-5 minutes. Serve on a plate with garlic bread.
