Ingredients
  • 4 teaspoons sunflower oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped finely
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 tomato, chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 pounds zucchini, peeled and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon all spices powder
  • Fresh lemon juice, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a pan, heat oil. Add onion and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.Add garlic, ginger, tomato and seasoning and cook, stirring for 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. Add zucchini and cook for 20 minutes or till tender on medium-low heat.
  3. Add all spice powder and lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes more.
