Okra Mustard curry
Serves: 4
  • ½ kg Okra (Lady Finger) cut into 2 inch sizes
  • 1tbsp onion paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard paste
  • 5 green chilies
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  1. Put all ingredients except okra and green chilies in an oven proof dish and cook it for 1 minute in a microwave oven.
  2. Add okra and green chilies, and 2 tbsp water. Cook for 8 minutes.
  3. Serve the okra mustard curry with any kind of bread, tortilla or rice.
