Here is a fantastic healthy Chinese recipe. I know it’s a little odd to think of fish in a stir-fry but with a very mild white fish, it can easily be interchangeable with chicken breast. I’ve been intrigued by quinoa cakes ever since I first devoured them at Le Pain Quotidian, a Belgian-based café and bakery that has a great selection of innovative and healthy food.
