Marinated Feta and Mozzarella with Herbs

Ingredients
- 4 ounces feta cheese, cut into cubes
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- dash of lemon pepper, ground
Instructions
- Mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, and parsley in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add in feta and mozzarella cheese. Season with lemon pepper to taste. Stir to combine well.
- Transfer mixture in a glass jar with lid. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to absorb flavors.
- Serve and enjoy.
