Meat Ball with Mint and Potato

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 150g meat, minced
- 75g bread crumb
- 1 tbsp onion, sliced
- ½ tsp garlic, paste
- 1 egg, whisk
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp mint, sliced
- 100g tomato puree
- 28g parmesan cheese, grated
- 28g wallnut
Instructions
- Mix mincemeat, bread crumb, ½ tbsp sliced onion, garlic, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, and black pepper to a medium soft paste Make 12-16 balls from the paste.
- Put all meat the balls on a microwave proof flat dish and cook the balls in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at 80% power. Flip the balls after 2 minutes and keep aside.
- Put butter in a pan on medium heat. Add nuts and rest of the sliced onion, and fry for 1 minute. Then add tomato puree and, mint and stir the mixture.
- Add meatballs and cook for another 3 minutes. Spread cheese over the meatballs and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve the meatballs while still warm.
