Okra Mustard curry

Ingredients
- ½ kg Okra (Lady Finger) cut into 2 inch sizes
- 1tbsp onion paste
- 1 tbsp mustard paste
- 5 green chilies
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except okra and green chilies in an oven proof dish and cook it for 1 minute in a microwave oven.
- Add okra and green chilies, and 2 tbsp water. Cook for 8 minutes.
- Serve the okra mustard curry with any kind of bread, tortilla or rice.
